WORK VIDEO OF CHOCOLATE COIN FOIL PACKING MACHINE
SC-200B Golden Coin Chocolate Packing Machine is all-in-one machine with Knurling and Covering functions for Coin chocolates with 40-50um Foil.
The machine could divide in to two parts, one part is for Covering the chocolate with printed aluminum foil, the other part is for knurling with designed pattern. It could be logo, picture, any design you want.
Before production, we will need the plastic chocolate moulds to confirm the sizes. And our engineer will make the knurling moulds for the design on the chocolates.
There are one chute type and two chutes type for this machine. For the chocolates’ diameter smaller than 40mm, two chutes type will be good. The Speed can be 100ppm. For the Chocolates’ diameter bigger than 40mm and smaller than 80mm, one chute type could match. And the speed is half, 50ppm.
For complex shapes, you could send to us the pictures and sizes, our engineer will tell and study.
