SC-2017 Automatic Ball Chocolate Foil Wrapping Machine is 400ppm speed full automatic machine to wrap the chocolate balls or eggs with the 0.01mm aluminum foils. The machine cut the foils with proper sizes which fit the chocolates, and use gripper to wrap the chocolates, then compress it to make the packing looks good through rolling it.
The machine is with one Automatic Hopper, it could feed the chocolates when it necessary cause it’s with sensor to know if the machine is running.
The machine is controlled by PLC and Touch screen. The workers could operate the machine by a simple training. Through the control system, you can set the speed and sizes of the foils.
The machine is also with Color Mark Sensor. If you have special design, we can help to make layout and make corresponding parts for it.
For the material of the machine, we provide stainless steel option for you.
And the main electrical parts, like motor, we could replace it with famous brand at cost price.
